With 10+ years of experience in the plating industry, Michael Manik knows what quality plating is all about.  Throughout the years he has worked his way through the positions available at a local plating facility.  First starting out as a line inspector in 2009 and quickly moving up to an operator position, he knows the ins and outs of the metal finishing business.  At the Miller Plating facility, Michael will be taking the position of Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the zinc and zinc alloy plating processes.  With multiple years in operations, quality, and sales he brings knowledge of the plating process to Miller Plating that will be critical in the years to come.  As the business continues to grow his experience will help to ensure quality on time product is delivered to the customer.

In his off time, Michael enjoys multiple hobbies such as attending concerts, sporting events, video games, and spending time with family and friends.  He plans on expanding his knowledge of metal finishing to continually increase the effectiveness and quality of the service industry he is devoted to.
